Coconut-Chicken Panko Bites

lb chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light Yogurt Piña Colada
cup shredded coconut, toasted (optional)
cup Progresso™ panko bread crumbs
cup sweet chili sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, egg, and salt.
In a large bowl combine coconut and panko.
Dip chicken pieces into yogurt mixture, then into coconut-panko mixture.
Place coated chicken bites onto a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake chicken bites for 8-12 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and cool slightly before serving with sweet chili dipping sauce. Enjoy!
